PIXMA TR8620a Carepak activation?

I purchased a Pixma TR8620a off amazon in september 2022. Apparently my registration never went through so it shows no registered products. But now I am trying and it asks for a carepak activation code. Where do I get this? I was never emailed anything like it says it should have been. Even then where would I have initiated getting that code from? I have had no luck trying to contact support so I am asking here. There literally is no way to contact support if I don't have a product registered or I am overlooking something. Not really sure.

You can check with the Canon sales team to see if they can access your Carepak information. They can be reached at 1-800-385-2155, Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 9 PM EST.
