Paper jam - PIXMA TR4722

Hey, everyone. I have a 4 month old TR4722 printer. It was working well for about two and one-half to three months. Now when it starts to print, it feeds through two sheets of paper and then jams one-half way thrpough the third. I cannot figure out how to stop this. It prints test pages okay.

Hi,

Please use the steps HERE to perform a roller cleaning on the printer. If the papers still start to feed and jam after a roller cleaning, the printer will require service.

Since the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
