i bought recently an MG3620 printer.. left it on the box for almost a month. When finally opened the box and tried to install the setup file on my pc with windows 11, have not been able to. I have now seen through some info on this community, that this printer model is NOT COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS 11. If this is 100% true, the only solution is to return, to seller. Apparently this is an old model. Did not expect this

Arthur, I too am not able to set up my mg3620 printer. I keep getting connection failed screen. I have done everything in the instructions several times over and watched a video and still not connecting.
