    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had terrible customer service with Canon. No response for months. No one has helped with this issue. We purchased 2 brand new ink cartridges and the printer Canon TR4520 keeps saying there’s no ink in it. Can someone please assist in sending me a replacement? Clearly the cartridges are not empty but for whatever reason the printer is not recognizing them. Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
