      <title>Canon TS9120 Copies In Black When I Select Color</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If I &lt;EM&gt;Copy&lt;/EM&gt; a document by selecting "Black" my Canon TS9120 printer produces a nice clean copy. However, if I select "Color", the result is solid black, i.e., black ink covering the paper (see image).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just to make sure, I used the IJ Printer Assistant Tool to &lt;EM&gt;Clean&lt;/EM&gt; the nozzles and I did a &lt;EM&gt;Nozzle Check&lt;/EM&gt;, which looks good&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-center" image-alt="Canon_TS9120_copy-color.jpg" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/48811iEABA5E7D9EE2AC6E/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Canon_TS9120_copy-color.jpg" alt="Canon_TS9120_copy-color.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
