      <title>I keep getting a 'Information Acquisition Error" when trying to set up my PIXMA TS9521C</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am using a mac. I am at the first step of getting started where I am trying to Install the helper tool. Then I hit 'Start Setup". It starts loading on a page that says "Acquiring information on the latest software" and "checking items to be downloaded". It will do that for a few minutes then gives me the following error, and when I click "OK" it disapeears and I have to start over. I do live in an apartment building that has its own internet, so I do not have access to a router. Please help!
