I have a G5020 model printer, am using MAC products, and after a paper jam, the text is like printing double right next to each other. I've gone thru maintenance and cleaned rollers, alignment steps, etc. but nothing has helped. Any suggestions???

Hi,

If you have not manually cleaned the encoder in the printer, please do so using the steps HERE. After the cleaning, wait a few minuets and then try to print again.
