    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a canon g7020.&amp;nbsp; have been having problems with it saying it's offline.&amp;nbsp; Like this morning.....printed about 10 items..now all of a sudden it says "printer is offline"&amp;nbsp; why does this keep happening?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Smalone1,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the same printer and problem. Did you ever get it solved? What did you do to solve it? This is frustrating. I download the driver, and go through the set up steps, and can even print out a test sheet. But then when I go to print something, it says that the printer is offline. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
