TS6320 paper feed not working only on printing, works for copying

Paper will not feed when printing, but feeds perfectly when copying. It also will not feed for Nozzle Check or after Head Cleaning to check out the cleaning.

Hi,

Does it sounds like it's trying to feed the paper or does nothing happen when you try to print? Also, does an error code appear at all?

Yes, it sounds like it's trying to feed the paper but nothing happens. After trying, it simply goes back to the message that says to insert paper and press OK. Thanks.

What version of Windows or MacOS are you using? Also, it the printer connected via USB cord or Wifi?
