TS 3522 Won't Print on any paper except 4x6

I have loaded paper (LTR) in the tray. LCD screen shows LTR as current paper size. Print settings on the app show LTR, document size is 8.5X11. Even when I try to print the info page(s) it only pulls paper that is 4x6.

Are you printing from a computer or mobile device?
Which app or program are you printing from?
Does an error appear when you try to print on anything other than 4x6?
