you web site does not have to place to inner act with the producers of the printers or other products you sale.

I like the printer, BUT it is noisier than any other printer that I have ever had.

Also, I do not know what kind of engineers you have, but the design of the main key broad screen is only a one inch square screen. Which way to small for the average person to read. It needs to be at least a 3 inch screen or bigger.
