PIXMA G3260 Not Printing in Color

I purchased the Canon Pixma 3260 last year from Amazon and it has NEVER printed anything in color. Despite me choosing color either on the printer, on my phone, or on my computer. I'm at my wits end. There is colored ink in the printer, but it REFUSES to print in color. I'd love an easy to understand and follow tutorial on how to get the printer to print colored ink. Is this a known problem with this printer? I don't have cause to print in ink often but around the holidays I would like the option to print color.

If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
