Actual Print Size selected: 10.5 x 7.5. Printed image: 10.96 x 8.48 Not Centered either.

Actual Print Size (custom) is: 10.5 x 7.5. Underneath the image onscreen to b printed says 10.96 x 8.48 which is the size it’s printing. Position Center Image is checked, but image IS NOT centered.

Help, please!

Do you see any error messages?
Which version of Windows or macOS are you using?
What app/software/program are you using to print?
How do you connect to your printer (USB or WiFi)?
