TR7020a black and color ink not aligning

I replaced the color cartridge and now the color and black ink do not align. It appears that the black is what is "off". I've completed all of the maintainance suggestions within the settings for the printer, but can't seem to resolve the issue. I've changed the ink before (both black and color) without incident.

Any suggestions?

Seeing your identical issue on a different printer makes me wonder if they had a bad batch of cartridges…have you tried replacing ALL cartridges and not just the black? And are you using Canon brand cartridges?
