From what I've read that means my perfectly functioning printer is soon going to die. Is there some way to reset this counter or do I just throw out a perfectly good printer? If this is the case, I will never buy another Canon product which is a shame because I really like this printer. Obviously Canon is not an environmentally friendly company if we are forced to discard good functioning products.
