&lt;P&gt;Please delete the printer and then restart your computer. After the restart, please click &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/pixma-ts6420" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; and then click software and drivers. Reinstall the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Print Driver and Scan Utility Installer Ver.1.05 file and then try to print again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a TS6420 printer that has been working fine.&amp;nbsp; I recently purchased a new dell lap top and installed it to my printer.&amp;nbsp; The printer works good with the fallowing exception:&amp;nbsp; when I print one copy I get 2 copies.&amp;nbsp; The printer is set for 1, all others areas I checked all have one copy notated.&amp;nbsp; Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
