PIXMA TS3120 Support Code E58

im new here so please bear with me. i have a ts3120 scanner/printer. ive never had problems with it and now all of a sudden i do. all i did was change the black ink cartridge and now the darn thing wont do anything. it flashes e 5 8. i looked it up and the cartridge came from amazon labeled Canon. its the 245 fine. i cant get it to do anything. and knowledge is no help…HELP!! i teach Bible classes and i need this working!! thanks in advance.
