G3270 Pizza Wheel Marks / Indentations with Glossy Paper - BRAND NEW PRINTER

Hello,

I am hoping to find some help regarding this issue, I just got a G3270, brand new from Amazon and only had it for 10 days now.

I just started trying out using Koala Printable Glossy Sticker Label Paper for Inkjet printers, and now there is Pizza wheel marks across the page.

I used high standard settings, on glossy photo paper.

Prior to this I was using a cheap matte sticker paper, and did not have this issue with indentations.

Is there any way to fix this issues?

Any help would be appreciated!

Mine is doing the same thing, I know the paper im using is a little thinner but im kind of worried about using thicker because it may get worse.
