Does anyone else have a constant issue with one of the colors not printing? This is the second time this has happened to me and the only way to correct this is to do a "flush", now while I'm happy this is all that I need to do to correct the issue, it does take a lot of ink......and where exactly does that ink go

Hi,

The ink goes into a waste ink absorber inside the printer. If you are finding you are having to perform ink flushes for a certain ink color over and over, there may be a hardware issue with the printer.

I recommend you reach out to Canon support. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.

We look forward to hearing from you.
