    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!! I am operating Win 10 on a HP Pavilion desktop. I have the Pixma TR8520 printer. I can scan from computer to printer using the utility tool.&amp;nbsp; The printer stopped recognizing my computer 2 weeks ago.&amp;nbsp; Under select settings my only option is Local (USB)...my printer name is not there any longer.&amp;nbsp; (I can print from computer to it okay and copy function is fine).&amp;nbsp; I don't know how to get it to recognize my computer again.&amp;nbsp; Thank you for any help! &lt;P&gt;If you can print and scan from the computer without issue but if you try to scan from the printer directly and your computer is not listed, then it's most likely a security setting on your computer that needs to be updated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For this type of issue, I recommend reaching out to the support team of your security software or Microsoft.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
