    <description>&lt;P&gt;Unable to print anything it just keeps coming up with "the printer is in use".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice please the simpler the better as I'm not that well up on this printer as its new.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only managed to print 2 things before this message came up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for any advice.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
