    <description>&lt;P&gt;One of my clients has an imageCLASS D1350. &amp;nbsp;Following is a step-by-step of the issue we are having:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-- Start the computer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-- Turn on the printer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-- Scan a document, which saves properly into the specfified directory as a PDF&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-- Scan a &lt;EM&gt;different&lt;/EM&gt; document, which creates a new PDF in the same specfifed directory. &amp;nbsp;However, that PDF (and any subsequent PDFs) are the same as the &lt;EM&gt;first&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;one that was scanned.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the newest Toolbox and drivers installed (after uninstalling the old ones).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Russ&lt;/P&gt;</description>
