    <description>&lt;P&gt;also have problem with pixma g7020.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When scanning, it will go to a red error saying loss of communications. Turning off vpn and anti-virus do not help. Microsoft WIA driver (with less capability) does not have this problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Windows 11 computer)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have bought the printer&amp;nbsp;Pixma G7050. After install the driver I have tested the test page. Everything is ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then I started the Canon IJ Scan Utility. I clicked the icon &amp;lt;Document&amp;gt; in order to scan one document. I got the error message &lt;STRONG&gt;"Cannot communicate with scanner. Possible reasons: Scanner ist turned off, USC Cable is disconnected".&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The error message is untrue because I have tested the test page sucessfully. I read a lot messages posted with the same error message. Just to clearify: I deinstalled the Software, installed it again and restared the window (Window operation system; WIN 11). I am really frustrated as I spent a half working day on it. If you knew the common problem with this product, I will never buy the canon product.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope that somebody can help me to solve this problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks a lot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
