It tells me to enter product name Pixma TR7422

And it doesn't offer that number in the series.

Could you please verify which model printer you have? Although the PIXMA TR7422 isn't a valid model, the PIXMA TR4722 is, and you can find all of the available drivers and downloads on the official product page HERE.
