      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Since it can detect the scanner, I suggest reinstalling the printer driver. Please go into printers and scanners and remove the printer first. Once that is done, click &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/pixma-mg5722" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; and select Software and Drivers. You will want to download and install the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;MG5700 series CUPS Printer Driver Ver. 16.80.0.0 file.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Once the printer driver has been reinstalled, go back to printers and scanners and add the printer back on and try to print.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
