Can you please provide the model number of the Canon product you own? The OS (build and version) you are using it with and how/what it is connected to? "bypass the printable disc". Can you help us understand the issue better. Do you have a printable disc tray installed, or maybe you have specified this media type?

Any additional information, the steps you are performing, error messages, might also help. Thank you
