My new TS9521c is doing the same thing. The exact same kind of lines regardless of what color the image is and I've gone through all of the cleaning steps. Will this bottom plate cleaning help for my printer as well? If so, can you send me instructions for the TS9521c please? Otherwise, what do you suggest?

Was seeing if anyone else has had this issue, even after making sure the nozzles are clean and the going through the printer head alignment. We are getting these small horizontal lines and no matter the paper settings or color settings it still does this. Purchased the printer in late November 2022 and it has done this from day one but we don't use it a whole ton, until now. Any information would be helpful!
