Take a look at the setup wizard site <A href="https://canon.us/3QgIDKD" target="_blank" rel="noopener">HERE</A>, and make sure you've removed&nbsp;<STRONG>all</STRONG> of the packing material. Sometimes, something small can be hiding!&nbsp;</P><P>If you've done that, and you have the Canon software (from the wizard) installed, and you're&nbsp;<EM>still</EM> getting an error, I'd suggest getting in touch with support - that way they can double-check to make sure it's not something simple.
