MG7720 printer printing blanks from my laptop and Iphone. I copied something and it printed fine.

I have powered down, removed and reinstalled my wired LAN.

Cleared back to factory settings.

Installed the latest firmware.

Do not know where to go from here, any suggestions

Hi,

What OS is your laptop and iPhone running? Also, please let us know if the printer is detected when you go to print and how long it takes be a blank page goes through the printer.
