Why is the TS6120 only pulling black ink from the small cartride and not the large cartride, is there a setting that can be made to have the printer to use the large black ink cartridge first? Need help...

Hi-

Don’t know if this helps, but on my Canon printer, the large black ink tank is only accessed when printing in black and white. When printing in color, the small ink tank is used (along with the other color ink tanks).
