MG2500 picture won't print full size

I have a PIxma MG2500 and am trying to print out a 5x7 photo but it keeps printing out at about 4.25x6.25. I have checked to make sure in the settings that I have the paper size and printer paper size set to 5x7, and have selected fit-to-page in the page setup, and set the margins to zero, but nothing helps. I scanned the photo using a different device and set it as a 5x7.

Thank you. Just to confirm is your printer the PIXMA the MG2525 or the PIXMA MG2522?

Hi,

Please delete the printer from your computer and then disconnect the printer usb cord and restart your computer.

After the restart, click HERE and install the Print Driver and Scan Utility Installer Ver.1.02. During the install, you will be asked to reconnect the usb cord.

Once the printer is reinstalled, try to print a 5x7 photo again.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the problem persists.
