PIXMA TS6400 Print Heads Severely Misaligned

I have a Canon Pixma TS6400 and recently I replaced the ink cartridges with OEM Canon catridges, but now the print heads are severely misaligned. I've tried to do manual print head alignments but it doesn't seem to make any difference. Is my printer shot? Is there another way I can correct the alignment? See photo below:
