Colors Not Correct MG3620

I have a MG 3620 and I recently replaced both my ink cartridges (PG-240XL and CL-241XL) because they were low on ink and the color was off. But after I print now, the color is way off. The image is sectioned by a red and blue hue - alternating. See images of the test page and a photo. I did a few cleaning cycles and tried to realign. I even reinstalled all the drivers. No luck. It's like some of the ink is not being used. What might be wrong? I'm lost.

I also have this issue the colours printed are not similar to the image I have on my phone. But yours is much worse
