PIXMA MX922 Print condensed into the upper left corner

MX922 from my MAC ventura 13.5.1 it condences the page and only prints in the upper left corner

When used as a air printer it is fine, or from Email it is fine. But any thing from my MAC is quarter sheet only. Yes the paper size is correct.

Did Canon come up with a fix for this issue? IOS is Catalina 10.15.7

AirPrint may not always act as it should, so it's best to ensure you have the most current printer drivers from our site HERE.

I also want to let you know that this unit was retired recently, so development for Sonoma/iOS 17 or any future versions of iOS or macOS aren't guaranteed.

What do you mean this unit was retired recently retired It's still being SOLD!

Hi,

Go into printers and scanners and remove your printer that is listed. Then select the add printer and select MG2500 series that appears. Before you add the printer back, make sure the Canon driver is listed. Once you have added the printer back on, try to print again.

I saw this "fix" in another thread. I've tried it and it didn't work.
