    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Canon PIXMA TS5360 was printing very well until I haven't use it for a few months. When I tried to print again, first it went dark and greenish. I changed the cartridge and now it printing with strapped lines.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ran cleaning, deep cleaning and nozzle check for hundreds of time. &lt;P&gt;Since the deep cleanings did not resolve the issue, the printer would require service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The TS5360 is neither sold nor supported in the U.S.A. You've reached support for Canon U.S.A. If you require support outside the U.S., I recommend contacting the branch of Canon for your region. You may find the correct website using the map on the Canon Global website: &lt;A href="http://global.canon/en/support/" target="_blank"&gt;http://global.canon/en/support/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
