    <description>&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm having a problem, which seems to have started for no reason.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Printer works when it comes to double sided printing the documents but for the same document it does not print single sided. Using Mac computes and got the same result from both of the computers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ink level seems to be fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any hints about what is going wrong would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Please use the steps &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART179951" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; to try and resolve the issue. If you are still unable to print single sided, please let us know what version of MacOS you are running.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
