      <title>Pixma TR8620a Incomplete Print</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted Canon support and after we worked through a number of possibilities, we determined that the print head was defective.&amp;nbsp; I've since received a replacement printer and shipped the old one back.&amp;nbsp; Thanks for taking the time to reply to my request.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
