Only printing in magenta

HELP, my printer is only printing in magenta. Each color is more than half full. I am trying to print in black and magenta is the only thing that prints.

I have tried the nozzle clean and deep clean, that’s not working.

Without knowing what printer you own, the advice we can provide will be limited.

You are not going to have success if the nozzle test pattern fails to print. If one or more deep cleanings doesn't resolve the issue, the inks could be old, or dried up. The printhead might be clogged or there might be another electrical related issue.
