Printer MG7120 printing smudges and illegible documents

This printer has been working perfectly for a while and just recently started printing smudged and illegible documents. I attached an example of the problem.

Hi,

Please click HERE for the steps to clean the encoder strip in your printer. Once that is done, try to print again.
