Have TR7020a. I never purposely turn the printer off because there are up to 3 users in the household who can use the printer at any time during the day. If there is a 30-60 min. period of non-use the printer "goes to sleep" and in order to print you have to press the ON button. I would like it to wake up when there a print job pending. How do I make that happen?

Arthur, unfortunately when I went back to re-read your excellent solution and selected HERE the system could no longer find the appropriate page. Can you post the steps directly to your reply to this reply?

I have this same problem and these instructions do not seem to work.

My Auto Power Off is set to "Never" and Auto Power On is set to "On".

Everything was fine until recently the printer will only wake if I press a key on the printer's panel, for example "OK". So when using my iPad, for example, AirPrint cannot find any printers until I manually wake up the printer.

Note I have not made any printer setting changes, well, for years.

Any other suggestions?

Thank you!
