    <description>&lt;P&gt;So the printer works well - no issues at all printing any documents and all colors seem to be good - no clogging and the test print page looks good with all bars&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alignment seems fine also&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Test print works well also&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, when i use the scan or copy function on the actual printer screen, all pages scan or copy totally blank&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing shows at all when i use the onscreen copy or scan options&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I use the canon utility for scanning, that sends a good pdf to my PC&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried resetting the printer and also reinstalling the drivers - no success&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Printer is 6 months old purchased on Amazon&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
