      <title>slow scanning on canon pixma mg3620</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I usually scan artwork on my mac by going to system settings&amp;gt;printers and scanners and then selecting my printer/scanner. I prefer this because it gives me a preview and I can select what areas I want to scan, this has always worked efficiently. Now, whenever I use that method, scanning is really slow, but using the IJ scan utility app works like normal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way to get a preview and custom scanning area through&amp;nbsp;IJ scan utility? Or does anyone know why scanning through system settings might get slowed down?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
