PIXMA G7020 Not printing color and BW correctly

My Canon G7020 is not printing color and b/w correctly despite having full ink tanks. I performed all maintenance options with no improvement. Two years old, no longer under warranty. Any ideas? Thank you!

Since the cleanings did not resolve the issue, the printer would require service.
