I have tried all the suggestions to cycle the power, check for unseated ink tanks, check for loose objects and paper jams, and slide the ink tank tray but to no avail. &lt;P&gt;You have performed the steps we would suggest and since the error does not clear, the printer would require service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
