&lt;P&gt;If&amp;nbsp; you are not using ink that came with the print plan and the error wont clear,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;I recommend reaching out to Canon support. The real time feedback of a live technical support call/chat would be very beneficial in this case.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
