    <description>&lt;P&gt;I found the firmware level on the printer was not current, and was able to update firmware.&amp;nbsp; But still does not print any black.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Canon G6020 printer no black</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;G6020 printer does not print any black. Not light black or smudgy black, NO blank. I have been thru multiple cycles of Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, and Ink Flush.&amp;nbsp; The Test Page has blue heading and no black text on the page.&amp;nbsp; The Nozzle Check page has nothing for the black grid that should be on the top of the page, then prints the colored lines, including the letters and rectangles to the left of the color lines that print in black on gray.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;All ink tanks are full.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you have performed a cleaning, deep cleaning and ink flush and the Black ink still wont print then your G6020 would require service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
