&lt;P&gt;As a test, try turning the paper mismatch setting off by using the steps &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART164528" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;. If you still get an error or the paper wont feed, the printer most likely experienced an internal hardware failure and would need to be replaced.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://canon.us/account" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener"&gt;register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the printer is out of warranty, you would qualify for the Canon Upgrade program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service or are incompatible with a new or upgraded system.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Cassette 2 has standard 8.5 x11 paper in it.&amp;nbsp; Message says paper in cassette 2 is not that size, to reload or print paper already there.&amp;nbsp; Nothing works.&amp;nbsp; It won't print anything from Copy or Print.&amp;nbsp; Paper is not being picked up by feeding mechanism it seems????&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
