    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Canon MP620. I have been trying to print off things from my computer and it work perfectly fine last week. Now it is saying Error there is no paper. Load paper. I have cleaned the roller.. and I have tried one paper and i have tried a whole pile of paper. it will not print!!??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi melissarivera27,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please try printing a test page.&amp;nbsp; To do this, please load letter-sized paper in the PIXMA MP620 and follow these steps:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Press &amp;lt;HOME&amp;gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Rotate the menu to Settings and press &amp;lt;OK&amp;gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Press &amp;lt;OK&amp;gt; on Maintenance.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; Press &amp;lt;OK&amp;gt; on Nozzle Check Pattern.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; Press &amp;lt;OK&amp;gt; on Yes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does the test page print?&amp;nbsp; If not, please contact our support group using the following link:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
