    <description>&lt;P&gt;My G6020 now prints only with black — and blue among the colors (not yellow or magenta). "Cleaning" in maintenance doesn't improve things. "Deep cleaning" in maintenance gives me Error code 5200. Turning off and unplugging is supposed to solve this, but doesn't. I've just read that cleaning and deep cleaning ONLY the colors that aren't printing is the way to fix the problem. I'll give that a try, if I can figure out how to do it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
