      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m on Windows 11 and have 2 Canon Pixma printers.&amp;nbsp; The Canon MyPrinter app, printer settings, printer status, only show for the older MX920 printer.&amp;nbsp; I want to see these for my newer TR8620a printer.&amp;nbsp; How do I do this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi John,&amp;nbsp; that assistant tool doesn't do what I sometimes want, i.e., to see the print status, to enable quick deleting if I'm printing the wrong thing, and other active print management in real-time.&amp;nbsp; Those the MyPrinter app does.&amp;nbsp; When I start a print, the window for that app opens soon after.&amp;nbsp; But sometimes not soon enough.&amp;nbsp; And with my former MX922 I could open it whenever I wanted, regardless of whether a print is active or not.&amp;nbsp; I still have that app on my PC - I just can't get it to apply for the 8620a.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
